Prices
To assist you in the control of your budget, prices contained herein are scheduled to be firm, however, unavoidable cost increases from the manufacturer or other sources may occur. In these instances, price adjustments may occur. If a price or additional fee is to change, we will make every effort to notify you of the change at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct typographical and pricing errors without notice.
Taxes
Your local and state taxes shall be paid by the buyer unless an exemption certificate is on submitted.
Delivery
Stock items will ship within 24-72 hours depending on established shipping schedules.
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $350, subject to conditions, within the continental United States. Orders under $150and orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are shipped F.O.B. or by dependable United Parcel Service (UPS). 2nd Day Air Service and Next Business Day Delivery orders are subject to a $9.95 handling charge plus applicable shipping charges.
Claims
Claims for shortage and damage from shipping must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability is limited to replacement of defective parts and does not extend to damages or losses due to use, inability to use, or failure to follow specific instructions in use of any of our products.
Returns
If you are not satisfied or your order has been handled incorrectly, we will take corrective measures to ensure your satisfaction. Please email us at info@thewetfloorsign.com to start return process. Returns cannot exceed $2500. Exceptions do include any custom printed item and chemicals within 90 days of their expiration date. A 15% restock charge will apply on any returns over 90 days from purchase date. Restock fees do not apply for any item returned within 90 days of purchase date and defective goods issues.
Defective Items
Items defective in manufacturing will be replaced without charge. Please email us at hello@mycautionsign.com to start return process. Some defective items may be subject to the terms and conditions and will be replaced by mycautionsign.com.
